HackTropica 2K26 is a national-level 24-hour hackathon hosted by the Robotics Club of Asansol Engineering College, bringing together tech enthusiasts, innovators, and problem-solvers from across the country. Regulations

• All the documents should be uploaded in PDF format
• PDF size should be less than or equal to 5MB
• Follow Times New Roman font and 15 PT font size
• Only black font color should be used.
• Bold , Italic or Both can be used to highlight your views
• Page size should be A4 and maximum 2 Pages can be used
• All documents will be scanned with sensitive Plagiarism Checker tool.
• Maximum ~30% AI content is permissible.

Approval Process

The approval process is primarily driven by the Plan of Execution, which holds the highest weightage at 40%. This is followed by the Abstract, accounting for 30% of the selection criteria. Social Credentials, which likely reflect the team’s prior contributions and community engagement, contribute 20% to the overall evaluation. Lastly, Team Distribution, emphasizing the balance and diversity of skills among team members, makes up 10%. Together, these criteria form a holistic assessment framework to ensure that projects are not only innovative but also executable and community-aligned.
